We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is fully prepaid and insured for your peace of mind. The envelope we provide is strong, tamper-proof, and secure, with all deliveries tracked and requiring a signature on arrival to ensure your gold arrives safely
How Do I go about selling my gold?
Use our online Gold Calculator to get an instant price, click on apply and then fill in the form with all your details, we will then send out your pre-paid, tamper proof envelope. Simply Pack and fill in any information we request and send off your gold. Once we recieve your envelope we will then assess and value your gold and get in touch with a valuation and once your happy with the valuation we provide we will send the money within 24hrs. Simple as that!

Does Jewellery Need to be Hallmarked?
Your jewellery does not need to be hallmarked because our valuer will test its purity to make an accurate assessment.
Gemstones In Jewellery
In general, gemstones are not valuable and can be expensive and time-consuming to remove. However, we recommend deleting any sentimental items before sending if you want to keep them.
Are Items Insured In Transit?
Yes, if you send them to us in the safe envelope that we send out to you, Royal Mail will insure them up to £750. You can raise the insured amount by taking it to your post office and paying a small extra fee if you think the value should be higher.
Will you buy different coloured Gold & Platinum?
As long as there is precious metal in it we will buy it.
If my Item turns out not to be precious metals what happens then?
Your package will be trackable and insured up to £750, and this service is entirely free. If you need more insurance than £750, the post office offers it for a very low price. However, there will be a £12 fee to have the items returned to you if they contain no precious metals.
We do not accept Silver unless you send it in with gold, and there will be an administrative fee for its return.
How would i be paid for my gold?
Direct bank transfer (BACS) On the day we receive your items, your payment is immediately deposited into your bank account. Funds arrive in customer accounts the same day a payment is made thanks to the “Faster Payments System,” which is currently used by the majority of UK banks. Payments made through BACS are handled at no cost.
Payments in Cash We use Royal Mail Special Delivery to send cash for security reasons. We charge £9.00 to cover postage and handling costs.
PayPal We can transfer your payment straight to your PayPal account if you have one.
