Your package will be trackable and insured up to £750, and this service is entirely free. If you need more insurance than £750, the post office offers it for a very low price. However, there will be a £12 fee to have the items returned to you if they contain no precious metals.

We do not accept Silver unless you send it in with gold, and there will be an administrative fee for its return.

Direct bank transfer (BACS) On the day we receive your items, your payment is immediately deposited into your bank account.
